TWO EXPLOSION HITS METRO STATION AT ST PETERSBURG ; killing 10 and injuring many others, according to multiple media reports including CNN and Russia state media. the Metro station is said to be closed down and Russian president Putin has been briefed about the incident, in his first statement since the blast he said " we will look at the possible causes, terrorism, as well as common crimes" Putin have been quoted to have said.
